1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rewisit website at rewisit.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Rewisit ("we", "us", "our"), located at Petrzilkova 2835, Prague, Czech Republic.

2. Description of Service

Rewisit provides AI-powered reputation analysis for local businesses. We aggregate publicly available Google reviews, analyze them using artificial intelligence, and deliver reputation reports with insights, scoring, competitive benchmarking, and actionable recommendations. Reports are delivered via email and/or accessible through our website.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests or creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Free and Paid Services

We offer the Service in two tiers:

• Free Report — a complimentary reputation snapshot analyzing up to 30 reviews, including a reputation score, basic sentiment breakdown, top highlights, and one key recommendation. Delivered as an HTML preview via email. No account or payment required.
• Pro Report — a comprehensive analysis of up to 200 reviews, including full category analysis, competitor benchmarking, all identified risks, multiple actionable recommendations, and a PDF report. Requires payment.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier at any time. Changes to paid tiers will not affect existing paid reports already delivered.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance (including VAT/DPH) on our behalf.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. By completing a purchase, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions, if applicable, renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a paid report, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@rewisit.com. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EU consumers retain their statutory right to a 14-day withdrawal period. If you have explicitly consented to begin receiving the Service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost, the withdrawal right does not apply to digital content already delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, software, analysis methodologies, and report templates, is the property of Rewisit and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for customers are licensed for internal business use by the purchasing party. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial resale of any Rewisit materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

The Google review data analyzed in our reports remains the property of the respective reviewers and Google. We aggregate and analyze this publicly available data under fair use principles.

8. User Content and Data

When you submit information to the Service (such as business names, locations, or email addresses), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Harm, defame, harass, or unfairly disadvantage any business or individual
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary analysis methods, algorithms, or software
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share reports without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The analysis results, reputation scores, competitive comparisons, and recommendations provided by Rewisit are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. You should exercise your own judgment and consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions based on our reports.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from Google Reviews or other third-party platforms. Review data is publicly available and may change at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rewisit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Rewisit for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@rewisit.com to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes online.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice via email or a prominent announcement on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
